I came across many people whose embarrassed to admit that they train. Other people will judge at them if they made no significant progress along the way

But if you made significant progress, these people might even make fun of you for training or try to “bring you down”. So we make up excuses like it makes us healthy & gives us the “natural high”

For me, whatever reason that can be personal for you. Embrace it & Results will come when you know your purpose well (for e.g. I train to look better, to increase my attraction or improve quality of life) #KnowYourPurpose #TrainForLife
